W Kevin Gilbert

A little bit about me...

Husband to Stephanie, Dad to Neal and Eli, and son of Walter and Jannie. Co-owner of Digital Design Solutions and StudioD.tv, Atlanta, GA based consulting firms. We specialize in Apple consulting and web presence consulting, using WordPress as the hub to power our, and our clients, web presence. I love Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Falcon football and Atlanta Braves baseball. I'm a tech-junkie and dig all things relating to Apple, WordPress and leveraging the interwebs to extend and increase influence and more effectively communicate a positive message of love, hope and peace.

I know the feeling

We all had a busy week and then a late dinner. When Neal finished, he went and sat on the sofa to “watch a little TV.” Within a few short minutes this was the result. I know the feeling.

Fat Lip

So boys are rough and tough and they are daring. Eli is definitely a perfect example of that. I thought I’d share a picture of him showing the results of a high dive off of a chair. It’s pretty. Makes him look tough. Of course his Momma is upset that his angelic face is marred. [...]

Just a short video of my son singing an old classic that might make you ask "Where is who?!?!"

I’ve been asked to try out a desktop application that runs on my Mac called Blogo. I’m going to be evaluating it using both my business TypePad blog and my personal WordPress blog. So, this is the first post. So far, the UI is pretty good. There are couple of things that I would change [...]

Son, what are your intentions?

That’s the question isn’t it?  What are my intentions?  Why have I decided to put my thoughts to paper…er, put my thoughts to keyboard and make them available for anyone to see?  One of the somewhat ironic things about this blog is the fact that much of what I do in my business is educate [...]
